Bloodline Entertainment and Odyssee Pictures, in association with Starving Kappa Picturesand Upstart Filmworks, are proud to announce the online debut of the international trailer for their upcoming release, SWEATSHOP. Accompanied by striking foreign sales art that accentuates the film’s darker aspects, the new trailer will officially debut at The 2010 Cannes Film Festival’s Le Marché du Film.

SWEATSHOP, represented internationally by New York-based Screen Media Ventures LLC, was directed by Texas-based filmmaker Stacy Davidson, best-known for his acclaimed 2007 creature feature DOMAIN OF THE DAMNED.

SWEATSHOP was written by Davidson and Ted Geoghegan, who also produced the feature with Bloodline Entertainment’s Laura Bryant. The Houston-lensed film stars Ashley Kay, Peyton Wetzel, Julin, and Danielle Jones. The picture, which pits a group of unsuspecting ravers against an unstoppable monster wielding an oversized foundry hammer, will have two market screenings at Cannes 2010’s Le Marché du Film, courtesy of Screen Media Ventures, on May 13th and 17th.
