If you guys are going to participate this year and need a kiddo, let me know. Kat keeps asking if she can be covered in blood for a movie one day.
Hope all is well with everyone. Behave yourselves!

Oh man, that's such a cool idea. I will be done with Necro VERY soon... will definitely be in touch with you guys. Hey, PM or email me your address and I'll make sure you get a DVD of the new-and-improved version of Leiah.

Done. Thanks!
Kat was recognized recently. Someone asked her if she was Leiah. She was rendered speechless...for about 30 seconds. Fun! |

That is *SO* awesome! Yeah Leiah was recently screened at the "Horrordance Film Festival" too! Although it took place in a big nighclub and I think most of the people were pretty drunk by the time it came on, but Kevin DeVil, who runs Horrordance, gave it an awesome intro. He really talked it up.
But I think more people actually see it on MySpace than anywhere else. It's posted as the main film on the Odyssee Pictures myspace page:

Oh yeah, and Mel House screened it just before his film Witchcraft 13 at the Alamo Drafthouse a few weeks ago, and the theater was totally packed (and I mean it, they had fold-out chairs setup behind the back row). I can't even keep up with the screenings myself, although I do try to post them on the Odyssee Myspace calendar. I was tempted to screen it at Odyssee Fest, but it's already pushing over 3 hours. But I'll probably do something in the fall, and screen it then.
The end is a bit different now, quicker and choppier, with different music, and all the close-ups on the doll are now slower and more menacing. You can see the newest version on the myspace page.
Talk to you guys soon, say hi to Kat for me!!
