Tying it up! Lots of post-production news...

We have a basically locked cut now. Mike and Paul (who has been assisting with rendering) are dropping by tomorrow with the majority of the remaining CG shots. I'm also meeting up with Vic Gilmore tomorrow, a local musician who will be composing the electronic action music, and I've begun working with musician Robert Ybarra in San Antonio to produce the orchestral section of the soundtrack. He's provided several awesome tracks already.

I've spent most of the week compiling the audio tracks into Vocals, SFX, Surround SFX, and Music tracks. These will be used for the final sound mix (of course much of the music will be replaced soon, but that's the final step.)

I will be taking a 3-week break in September to serve as cinematographer for FLESH KEEPER, from the writer/director of The Quick and the Undead. Afterward, it's a matter of compositing any last minute shots into the film and tying it up.
