New Necrophobia Music Video Screened!

For those who are unaware, we have been working on the side to produce a music video for the title track of Necrophobia, "If Only" by Houston, TX rock band Revolution. We gave a sneakpeek at the rough cut about a year ago, but I promised that there would be a much better version once the movie was completed.

Well, consider that promise kept. Last night I completed the new version of the video and we took it to the Acadia Sports Bar un-announced to show the band and get some crowd reaction. I'm happy to say that, screening the video on a portable DVD player with a tiny speaker on the side deck, we had more people crowding out to see it than they had inside watching the band. We played the video nearly a dozen times, each time seeing a larger crowd pile out from the club to see it again. At one point we had the deck just about filled and I peeked inside to see four people inside watching the band and a few sprinkled at the bar.

It was pretty exciting to watch that go down. The bar will be installing a new video projector soon, and will start showing the video for special occasions. If you live in Houston and you want to see it, go to www.acadiasportsbar.com and let them know!
