Jalene’s most notable feature projects to date include leads in Warner Brothers Home Video\DVD release of Arch Sports & Entertainment's film Treasure in Tha Hood in the role of Sister Joyce starring opposite Reynaldo Rey (BET’s Comic View) and Katt Williams (Friday After Next, The Tracy Morgan Show); Maverick Entertainment Home Video\DVD release of Break-A-Way Films’ My Big Phat Hip Hop Family in the role of Amber starring opposite actress Anna Maria Horsford (Amen, Friday); and cast in the role of Dana Cady in the CBS Movie of the Week The Madam’s Family: The Truth About Canal Street Brothel, Jalene starred opposite Tony Award Winner and Academy Award Nominee Ellen Burstyn (Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore).

Jalene has also appeared in such feature films as Ressurection: The J.R. Richard Story, Queen Pin, and Mike Jones: The American Dream, and many music videos including DJ Quick’s Just Like Compton, Getto Boys' Six Feet Deep and DMX's Party Up. Jalene also has her own production company called Off Hollywood Productions, allowing her to develop her own projects for film and television.
