Frank Started on the New York stage off-off-off-Broadway as a child. After a long hiatus he began acting again in Houston and New York. He has done many commercials both locally and nationally and has appeared on several TV shows shot in N.Y. such as Law & Order, Third Watch, Ed, and Sex in the City. He has also appeared in many films and has done voice-over, industrial and radio work as well.
